At Netflix, design lead for helping define growth and retention strategy for India. Lived and immersed in Mumbai for two months — helping conduct ethnographic in-home research, synthesizing core learnings and rapidly iterating on evaluative qualitative testing in-market.

Homepage Experience.

Designed the current home page experience for a reading subscription service, Scribd. The goal of the project was to increase retention & reading engagement by giving customers more control to indicate what kind of format (books, audiobooks, magazines, or documents) on their homepage. Find out more

Rebranding Scribd.

Product design lead for the visual identity for the rebrand including -- the color palette, typography, and iconography. Worked with iOS, Android & web teams to apply the rebrand across all of product. With the rebrand, worked with front-end teams to create an initial component system across platforms for a design system. Find out more

Design lead for a generative research study for an effort to reduce churn: to learn about the churning audience and their perception of the Scribd product offering. Strategized action items from the research and was the product design lead defining strategy & designing subsequent projects.
